Sandeep Dasari

Sandeep Dasari is a seasoned SAP consultant with over four years of experience specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Agile methodologies, and S/4 HANA implementations. He has a robust background in project management and Agile practices, ensuring seamless integration of SD with MM, FI, and LE modules to deliver efficient enterprise solutions. His expertise spans full-cycle SAP implementations, unit testing, system enhancements, and optimizing global business processes for heightened client satisfaction. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at New York University Stern. Certified as a SAP Certified Application Associate and Scrum Master, he has also been recognized with honors such as the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Tau Sigma Zeta. His proficiency extends to system integration, business process optimization, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Akshitha Reddy is a motivated graduate from the University of Illinois, Chicago, with over 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Business Development, specializing in Marketing, Recruiting, Client Management, Team Management, and Stakeholder Management. She earned a Master's in Business Administration with a commendable GPA of 3.6, demonstrating strong organizational skills, analytical acumen, and a proven ability to perform well under pressure. Her career included a tenure as Jr. Business Development Manager at SP Software Pvt Ltd, where she successfully managed clients such as Legato Health Technology and Price Waterhouse and Coopers. She also served as an implant at Legato Health Technologies LLP, focusing on HR planning and niche talent acquisition. Notably, Akshitha achieved targets consistently and earned recognition for her efficiency, including fastest internal job filling at Legato Health Technology. Outside of work, she was an avid participant in sports and extracurricular activities, having competed at national and district levels in basketball. Her diverse experiences and dedication positioned her ideally for new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
